Caitlin’s Ball

Wednesday 14th July 2010 at the King's Croft Hotel

Caitlin's Ball was a hugely successful evening raising £5,340.00 for Caitlin’s Fund.

Two hundred guests attended, looking fabulous! A wonderful evening was had by all, including Caitlin who was the guest of honor! The evening began with a bucks fizz reception, followed by a 3 course dinner in the King’s Suite. Twenty one lucky people then went on to win prizes in the raffle and a number of guests then dug deep to bid for items in the auction.

The room was beautifully decorated and the service provided was excellent. The guests were able to take the opportunity and have their photos taken by a professional photographer and then dance the night away on the dance floor to ‘The Players’.

The evening however would not have been such a success without the generosity and support of the two hundred guests who spared their time and money to attend Caitlin’s Ball, to those who donated items for the auction and raffle and to the following individuals and companies who offered their services. Without these, Caitlin’s Ball would not have been possible or such a success! Thank you!

James Brown

James is responsible for the design and artwork for Caitlin’s Ball which we all loved instantly! He was a massive help in the initial set up and wanted to help and be involved where possible. He was taken ill not long after our initial discussion following a stroke so has not been able to see his great work to fruition.

We wish James all the best wishes in the world for a speedy recovery and lots of love to him and his family. Get well soon x
